The Sweet Spot is the place for you! We are a locally owned seafood and steakhouse moving to the east side of Wichita.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare dining room for customers by cleaning tables and arranging table settings. Remove courses as completed; refill water glasses; be alert to patron spills or other special needs. Support staff to streamline restaurant operations. Perform closing duties to ensure the dining and bar areas are ready for the next shift. Respond to guest inquiries and requests. Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly to the correct tables while maintaining proper presentation and quality. Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff by communicating food updates and supporting servers with clearing tables, refills, and other tasks. Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and supplies as needed. Polish and organize glassware at the bar to maintain a clean, professional presentation. Keep the food pickup and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized, ensuring a smooth workflow during service. Maintain a clean restaurant by keeping dining, bar, and service areas tidy, stocked, and organized. Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance. Be a team player and help out wherever needed.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 or

Older:

Due to the nature of the job and alcohol service regulations.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays, plates, and bar stock for extended periods.

Strong Communication Skills:

Able to coordinate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and guests. Attention to
