Role:
Join MB Roland Distillery Inc as a Gift Shop Employee/Bartender in the heart of Cave City, KY! This dynamic role combines an enthusiastic attitude, customer service and bartending skills to create a memorable experience for our visitors while showcasing our award-winning spirits.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in the gift shop and tasting room. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and spirits to guests. Assist customers with product selections and gift purchases. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the bar and shop areas. Conduct tastings and educate visitors about our distillery and products. Manage cash register transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience. Participate in special events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or bartending preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
