Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking while adhering to legal alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with team members to create an energetic and welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience serving in high-volume environments with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Background in food handling, catering, or restaurant experience is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
