Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Effectively manage your time during busy shifts by prioritizing orders, serving multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Assist with catering events, banquets, by serving drinks promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction. Support team members by collaborating seamlessly in fast-paced environments like food service, retail math tasks, or hospitality settings. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, and experience with craft cocktails is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for smooth transaction processing. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities through excellent time management skills during peak hours. Must be open to serving and bartending shifts. Experience in sales-driven environments with a focus on customer service excellence within the food industry or hospitality sector. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry are essential. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your ability to serve diverse drink selections confidently.
