Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and promoting safe drinking practices. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures. Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow and support catering or banquet events when needed. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality or fine dining environment; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and retail math calculations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the hospitality industry schedule.
