Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender or Server, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering outstanding customer service while expertly handling food and beverage orders. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety standards Serve food promptly and ensure proper presentation while maintaining food safety and handling protocols Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, dining spaces, and adhere to food safety regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage laws is preferred Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
