Server/Bartender

Job Description:

We are seeking two servers with bartender experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service. The server/bartender role requires versatility as you will be responsible for both serving tables and tending bar. This is not a bartender only role. Responsibilities for

Server/Bartender:

Previous Country Club experience preferred Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations and laws Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Server/Bartender Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of POS systems Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
