The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our patrons in both casual and fine dining settings. Responsibilities Greet guests and keep our guests bowling on time and serve them at the lanes to make sure they maximize their lane time. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Engage with guests to provide excellent service, taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service, assisting with food preparation when necessary. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Assist in bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment for guests. Experience Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry is necessary. Familiarity with cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends is highly desirable. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change efficiently. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional guest services.
