In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, craft delicious beverages, and create memorable moments for our patrons. Your energy, hospitality skills, and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether taking orders, serving food, or mixing drinks, you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced environment that celebrates food, drinks, and great company. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with flair and precision Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy hours to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to maximize sales opportunities Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively setting, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
