The Role:

Par 3 Newport is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic hospitality associates who are passionate about providing a top-tier guest experience. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a world-class beverage experience. You will create and serve a variety of innovative drinks, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and provide exceptional service to every guest. Your role is vital in setting the tone for an enjoyable and memorable visit. Our vibrant atmosphere, engaging entertainment, and delectable food make us the only tech-forward mini golf venue powered by patented Trackaball technology. Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with consistency and attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas. Work collaboratively with team members to create a seamless guest experience. Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned.

Key Skills/Competencies:

Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate different areas of the venue. Capacity to lift and move light to moderate weights as needed. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
