In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for guests in a fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, elevated manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Accurately process orders, payments, and tabs while maintaining cash handling integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate intervention procedures. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality settings, preferably with fine dining. Knowledge of POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Familiarity with ABC regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions.
