As a bartender, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. We're seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Process orders, payments, and cash transactions using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices. Verify guest identification and comply with all local and state alcohol regulations. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking. Work as part of a team to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Qualifications & Skills Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods. Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Knowledge of beer, wine, and mixed drinks is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when stocking supplies.
