In this role, you will be the face of our brewery, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing a wide selection of craft beers. Knowledge of Craft Beer and correct pouring is mandatory. Hourly pay rate is based on minimum wage plus tips. Your enthusiasm for brewing and hospitality will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide expert recommendations on our diverse craft beer selection Serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and responsible alcohol service Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions Ensure proper food handling and cleanliness standards are upheld in accordance with health regulations Assist with bar setup, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace throughout shifts Engage with customers to enhance their experience, promote sales, and build lasting relationships Support catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving beverages and ensuring smooth operations Skills Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining, nightclub, or food service environment Strong knowledge of brewing processes and craft beer varieties Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for sales tracking Familiarity with food industry regulations and hospitality best practices Join us to bring your passion for craft beer and exceptional service together in a lively environment where every shift is an opportunity to delight guests!
