Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently with cash handling skills Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to food safety standards and responsible serving practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales, leveraging your knowledge of the food industry and retail math skills Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions when needed, providing excellent service in both nightclub and banquet environments Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills while delivering consistent customer service excellence Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is highly desirable to elevate guest interactions Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Effective time management to handle high-volume periods smoothly without compromising service quality Previous restaurant experience or banquet/catering background preferred to adapt quickly to diverse service environments Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
