Responsible for providing dining service and beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of Guest Services. Servers and bartenders ensure efficient and prompt service for restaurant guests. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two to three years' previous experience required. Thorough knowledge of ABC regulations.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to drive a Beverage Cart. Maintain a CARE card.

Requirements:

Responsible for providing dining service and beverage service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of Guest Services. Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies. Maintains a neat and clean bar station and restaurant area on a continual basis. Knowledge of all Gaming and beverage regulations and maintains required alcoholic beverage license. Participates as a team member with all Beverage Servers, Barbacks, utilities, Supervisors and any pertinent Company associate to ensure efficient operational standard. EDUCATION and/or
