Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving beverages and food. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly using various POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold all food safety standards and proper alcohol service policies to promote responsible drinking. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience working in a nightclub or catering environment will be advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of the food industry's best practices for food safety, food handling, and customer service excellence is essential. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings such as brewing establishments or retail environments within the hospitality sector.
