We are seeking a fast, energetic, and charismatic Bartender to join our team on Bourbon Street. We specialize in world-class, high-volume daiquiris and a curated selection of classic cocktails. If you love a high-energy environment, fast-paced shifts, and making great money, this is the spot for you.
Key Responsibilities High-Volume Execution:
Sling daiquiris and pour cocktails rapidly without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
Guest Experience:
Bring the Bourbon Street energy! Provide fun, friendly, and welcoming service to a diverse crowd of tourists and locals.
Cash & Order Handling:
Efficiently manage a high volume of cash and card transactions using our POS system.
Bar Maintenance:
Keep a clean, organized, and fully-stocked bar station during high-intensity shifts. Qualifications Proven experience working in a high-volume bar or nightclub environment (Bourbon St. or tourist-heavy experience is a massive plus). Deep knowledge of standard cocktail mixing and efficient pouring techniques. Ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 40 lbs for long periods. Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays (Mardi Gras, game days, etc.). Valid local bartending/responsible vendor permits required.
