Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments swiftly. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service, especially in nightclub or banquet environments. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, while tracking inventory levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to support catering functions or special events such as banquets or private parties. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math purposes.
