Job Description
We have a summer opening for a full time (3-4 shifts/week) bartender/server here at The Bouligny Tavern , a wine & cocktail bar offering a sophisticated food menu and elegant ambiance. Opened in 2011 by Chef John Harris of Lilette Restaurant, The Bouligny Tavern is an enduring, high volume and high quality part of New Orlean's dining scene. We are looking for friendly, experienced, and hard-working applicants. A minimum of 1-2 years experience with craft bartending is desired; any fine dining background, as well as some history with volume service are a plus. Position will be equally split between bar and floor shifts. Professional attitude and appearance are a prerequisite. Hospitality always comes first here. Individuals who enjoy this industry and know how to make the most of it will find a home with us.
