Duties Serve a variety of craft beers and beverages with precision, ensuring each pour meets quality standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing detailed knowledge about different brews and pairing suggestions Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist with inventory management by tracking beer stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed Support bar operations during busy nights by multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and managing cash transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during events like nightclub nights or banquet functions Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within the food industry or fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude and clear communication skills Knowledge of brewing processes and a passion for craft beer culture is preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations for retail math, cash handling, and billing purposes Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering events such as banquets adds value Commitment to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Embark on an exciting journey where your enthusiasm for craft beer meets top-tier hospitality!
