Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and providing personalized recommendations. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and balancing registers at shift end. Maintain food safety and food handling standards by following proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures throughout service. Assist in food service operations during banquets, catering events, or nightclubs, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of drinks and light snacks. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; collaborate with security staff when necessary. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked by managing inventory levels using basic math skills for ordering supplies. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality standards. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math applications, and inventory management.
