Job Description
Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Bartender, where you'll be at the heart of our lively atmosphere, crafting delightful beverages and creating memorable experiences for our guests! You will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring top-notch customer service. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will shine as you engage with patrons, manage orders efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of food safety. Must be available to work evenings, week days and weekend! Saturday and Sundays are mandatory What you'll do Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining area adhering to food safety standards Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, especially for banquets and catering events Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experiences Must have open schedule Tuesday-Sunday (Sundays are mandatory if schedule Basic qualifications ATC Bar Card Proven experience in a bartending role within a fine dining or nightclub setting Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and retail calculations Preferred qualifications Experience with banquet service and catering operations Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations Previous experience in customer service roles within the hospitality or food industry Why you'll love it here We're passionate about creating an environment where our team members can thrive both personally and professionally.
