Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and create memorable experiences will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions as needed. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills is essential for managing transactions effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service are crucial for this role.
