Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Assist in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing detailed product knowledge. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar setup and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service delivery. Follow all food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures to uphold health standards. Use your excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts, ensuring prompt service for all guests. Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, especially during nightlife or special events, enhancing their overall experience. Qualifications Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as CLOVER for order processing and cashiering. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Experience working in nightclubs, banquets, or catering environments is desirable. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently. Basic math skills for billing, making change, and inventory counts; familiarity with retail math is beneficial.
