Bartender

Job Summary This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender located in Centerville, MA. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent mixology skills, a strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, and a passion for providing outstanding service. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar. While TBC operates only through October, it offers a rewarding and memorable seasonal experience. Open June 13th, with orientation starting the first week of June. Responsibilities Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes. Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner. Take and serve drink orders promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies. Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices. Work collaboratively with servers and other team members to provide seamless service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders accurately and complete transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years old. TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification is a plus. Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
