Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash handling accurately, processing transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings for fine dining experiences. Stay informed about current drink trends, brewing techniques, and new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings. Skills Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Proficient math skills for managing tabs and calculating drink costs accurately. Background in restaurant or bar settings with an understanding of fine dining service expectations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Sales acumen to promote featured drinks or specials effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests. Familiarity with brewing techniques is beneficial for crafting specialty drinks.
