Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with customers, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling menu items to customers. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of cash register operation, cash handling, keno and POS systems is essential. Experience in nightclub or bar settings is beneficial but not mandatory. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
