Position Overview Misselwood at Endicott College is a breathtaking oceanfront estate with historic charm, offering panoramic views and serving as the premier location for world-class events in Beverly, MA. We are seeking bartenders to work our weddings and events during the season. This role requires work on weekends.   • Responsibly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to event guest
  • Accurately check IDs
  • Responsible for monetary transactions while operating the cash register
  • Perform the set up and break down of the bar
  • Cleaning and ensuring dish machine is turned off at the end of the night
  • Responsible for counting empty beer bottles and soda bottles for event inventory sheet
  • Responsible for refilling the juice, sodas, beer and wine behind the bar for events
  • Restocking and keeping track of inventory needs
  • Other duties as assigned Reporting Structure Reports to the Director of Event Operations.
During events, will take direction from head bartender Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities

  • 18 years or older
  • ServeSafe or TIPS certified required
  • Must be able to work late hours
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Required to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the hourly pay for this position is $6.
75 per hour PLUS tips. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and external market data when determining pay. The final hourly rate is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base pay only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
