Duties include food running, stocking and restocking, and general assistance with bartenders to ensure smooth service throughout the night. Aspiration for growth is certainly encouraged. Our team members are self motivated, fun, original, coachable, can multitask, have full availability, and a willingness to work 4 days/week. Most importantly, applicants must be able to get down with the following mission: The Quiet Few and Small Victories are neighborhood taverns that provide great food, whiskey, and laughs. We are ambassadors of hospitality who take our work seriously, but with a humble approach. Our time is precious, and so are shared human experiences and connections.
