Job Description
Founded in Boston and opened to the public in 2017, Bully Boy Distillers has become one of the city's premier destinations for craft spirits and cocktails. Our team has earned recognition from publications including Condé Nast Traveler, Boston Magazine, Zagat, and The Improper Bostonian for creating unique guest experiences centered around handcrafted spirits. We're currently seeking a part-time Barback / Hospitality Team Member to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into the hospitality industry, learn cocktail bartending, and gain hands-on experience in a working distillery. Position Details Part-time position 1-2 shifts per week Primarily Thursdays and/or Fridays Bar hours: Thursday-Friday, 5:00 PM-10:00 PM Starting pay: $17/hour + tips Training provided for the right candidate Opportunity to learn cocktail bartending and lead distillery tours What You'll Do Support bartenders during service Stock, organize, and maintain bar inventory Assist with guest service and hospitality Help set up and break down service areas Learn cocktail preparation and bar operations Train to conduct guided distillery tours Qualifications Our ideal candidate is: 21 years of age or older Interested in spirits, cocktails and hospitality Eager to learn and grow within the industry Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with guests Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required (0-2 years preferred) Why Work With Us?
