We pair a Asian-fusion tapas menu with a dynamic beverage program that features craft cocktails, magical-themed potions, 19 rotating draft beers (local & international), and a curated wine selection. With live music several nights a week, Hobgoblin is a lively destination for locals and visitors alike. The Role We're looking for enthusiastic and creative bartenders to join our team! You'll be part of an energetic environment where you can showcase your mixology skills, contribute to our rotating seasonal menu, and even design weekly cocktail specials. Responsibilities Provide warm, engaging, and professional bar service to all guests Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and signature "magical potions" according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Follow all opening/closing side work and assigned duties Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Massachusetts laws Contribute ideas and collaborate on seasonal cocktail specials Support team members and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment Work as assign Qualifications Prior bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail-focused environment preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest experience Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 21 years of age Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly wage + tips Opportunities to design and feature your own cocktail creations Full-time and part-time positions available Fun, collaborative team environment in a unique Boston gastropub
