Job Description
Bartender / Server (Part-Time & Full-Time)Farmacia & Extra Dirty Cocktail Club | Boston's North End Farmacia and Extra Dirty Cocktail Club are seeking experienced bartenders to join our award-winning team in Boston's North End. Unlike a traditional cocktail bar, our programs operate as progressive tasting-menu experiences where food and beverage are served together in a fixed-price format. Rather than focusing on volume sales or upselling, our bartenders spend their energy where it matters most: hospitality, storytelling, precision execution, and creative development. This is an ideal position for a bartender who enjoys modern technique, thoughtful service, and working as part of a small, highly collaborative team. Our menus rotate regularly and feature seasonal ingredients, advanced preparation techniques, premium spirits, and a wide range of culinary influences. Team members regularly participate in recipe development, research, tasting, and menu execution, using equipment such as centrifuges, sous vide, and other modern bar tools and methods. What We're Looking For Bartending experience in a craft cocktail environment A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement Excellent attention to detail and consistency Professionalism, reliability, and accountability Interest in modern cocktail techniques and continual learning Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment Availability for a consistent schedule, including occasional private events and special activations Compensation & Benefits $12/hour base wage 20% service charge on all checks Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time Consistent Wednesday-Saturday operating schedule Additional opportunities through private events, pop-ups, and special activations Opportunities for advancement into Lead Bartender and other leadership roles as the company continues to grow We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time team members.
