Duties Lead and mentor the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation Oversee POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations, including responsible serving practices Handle cashing out customers, balancing registers, and performing basic math calculations for sales reconciliation Maintain a clean, organized bar area that adheres to health standards and promotes a welcoming atmosphere Assist in training new team members on POS systems, customer service protocols, and beverage preparation techniques Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with minimum 5 years fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to adapt quickly to new technology Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and promote specials effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a lively environment Familiarity with responsible alcohol service regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting Knowledge of brewing techniques is advantageous Experience with all inventory proceders Join us as a Lead Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
