Job Overview:

We are seeking qualified, polished, and knowledgeable Servers and Bartenders to join our team at Boston Cigar Club & Tangierino Lounge. The ideal candidates will have a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of spirits and hospitality. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with our guests, providing outstanding service and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere including events and entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations on cigars, hookah, food, and beverages. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. 2.

Bartender Duties:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. 3.

Server Duties:

Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently to guests. Set up and break down dining areas and event spaces for special occasions and entertainment nights. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control. 4.

Event Support:

Assist in planning and executing special events, including tastings, themed nights, and entertainment events. Help create an inviting atmosphere during events by engaging with guests and promoting event activities. Support setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization. 5.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of cigars, spirits, and lounge offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Participate in training and tastings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 6.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless service and communication. Participate in team meetings and share ideas for improving service and enhancing the member experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a hospitality environment, preferably in a lounge or upscale establishment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
