The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and efficiently managing bar operations. This role requires a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, POS systems, and hospitality standards, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. The bartender will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Agylisis POS and Micros POS. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management. Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements. Assist in catering events, banquets, or private parties as required. Uphold food safety standards during beverage preparation and service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours, especially in nightclubs or hospitality settings. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Agylisis POS and Micros POS. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately. Ability to work night shifts or weekend events as needed within the hospitality or food industry setting. Previous experience in brewing or beverage service is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or bars.
