Part-Time Bartender - The Brickhouse (Eastham, MA) The Brickhouse is a busy, year-round restaurant on Cape Cod with an 18-seat horseshoe bar at the center of the action. We're looking for a skilled, reliable bartender who can handle volume, connect with guests, and move with urgency. This is not a slow bar. You'll be managing bar guests, service tickets, and keeping the energy up—especially during peak nights and summer season.
