Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and safety standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to meet customer demand Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is highly desirable Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by hospitality operations Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests can relax, celebrate, and enjoy exceptional drinks crafted by passionate professionals.
