We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, well-run environment for both casual guests and special occasions. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and highly organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge and banquet hall. This role combines bar management, event coordination, and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and comfortable managing both operations and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the lounge and banquet hall Open and manage the venue during scheduled hours, including evenings and events Bartend during events and ensure excellent customer service Coordinate and conduct tours/showings for potential clients Handle liquor inventory and place orders with distributors Pay bills, track expenses, and maintain basic financial organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spaces Ensure compliance with local licensing and safety regulations Qualifications Previous experience in bar, hospitality, or event management preferred Bartender license (or willingness to obtain) strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage both operations and sales Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule (hours vary based on events and bookings) What We Offer Opportunity to take ownership of daily operations in a growing business Flexible, dynamic work environment Competitive compensation (based on experience) How to Apply If you're interested in joining our team and helping grow Salbeh Lounge & Banquet Hall, please reach out to discuss further details.
