Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft and serve beverages with flair, provide outstanding customer service, and create an inviting environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every visitor enjoys a top-tier experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following all food safety and handling guidelines Engage with guests in a friendly, lively manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Toast POS is a plus. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote our beverage offerings to increase sales Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light dishes in a nightclub or banquet setting Follow all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of Toast POS is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently Effective time management to handle busy shifts smoothly Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience in catering or food service environments is highly desirable Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus Join us at Ken's Steakhouse where your energy fuels memorable moments!
