Job Description
The Barback position is responsible for managing security, crowd control and assisting in operations at The Quarters. This is a full- or part-time position with significant hands-on, front-line responsibility, working collaboratively within a small business. The position schedule includes substantial evening and weekend hours and occasional holidays. Must have experience working in a bar / venue setting, TIPS trained preferred, must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, be comfortable with fast-paced, high-stress environments and possess the ability to remain calm and in control in high-pressure situations. The position reports to the Bar Manager.
