We are currently seeking part-time, seasonal Bartenders for Sloane's Tavern. Sloane's Bartenders systematically keep the restaurant functioning while producing guest beverages, taking and filling to-go orders, serving guests at the bar and in the dining room, and processing golf cart orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ø Greet all guests as they enter the Tavern. Ø Set up bar for each service with product, glassware, garnishes etc. and maintain through service. Ø Keep bar area tidy- walk out from behind the bar to straighten chairs, sanitize tables, straighten cushions, and sweep the floors. Ø Build cocktails consistently according to the training aids provided by leadership. Ø Entertain guests at the bar while making drinks for the dining room during dinner service. Ø Take to-go orders via phone and in person. Ø Process payments for all golf cart to-go orders. Ø Provide exemplary service to guests at the bar and at any assigned table in the dining room. Ø Restock the outlet with any product that was heavily used or depleted at the end of service, so the next team of colleagues is set up for success. Ø Be mindful of how much alcohol the guests have consumed and be prepared to stop serving someone if need be. Ø Sanitize after every guest uses the bar or tables in the lounge. Ø Run drinks to tables in the dining room if servers are busy and bartenders have down time. Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of server experience
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs at one time
• Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff
• Availability must include weekends
