We're looking for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to showcase their bartending skills. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking drink orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage Toast efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales recording. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies promptly, and assist in inventory counts to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals. Collaborate with team members during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in diverse settings. Experience Proven experience as a bartender. Familiarity with POS system. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time effectively in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working with diverse beverage menus including brewing techniques or specialty cocktails is a plus.
