Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer satisfaction.

• Flexable hours looking for lunch hours, nights and every other weekend Duties
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle cash transactions using POS systems, such as Toast POS, ensuring accuracy in processing payments.
• Adhere to food safety standards and maintain knowledge of health regulations within the food industry.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Handle the bar area and dining area. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly SpotOn POS, is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
