Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks Provide attentive table service for food and drinks in both bar and dining settings, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Manage bottle service sections by greeting guests, presenting bottle menus, pouring drinks professionally, and maintaining a fun high-energy atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment; upsell beverages and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service Experience Previous experience working in nightclubs or cocktail lounges is preferred. Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within the food industry; excellent communication skills are a must. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices to ensure guest safety. Experience with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Background in hospitality or beverage service roles that involve serving alcohol responsibly in fast-paced environments like nightclubs is advantageous. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
