Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, along with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Whether you are serving cocktails at a nightclub or managing a banquet, your ability to create memorable experiences for our guests will be paramount. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while managing their orders efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours, particularly during banquets and catered events. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly manner. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations are required. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus, as well as any background in brewing or the broader food industry.
