Business is growing and we are expanding our staff. responsibilities include Drink menu creation and innovative drink specials. Creativity is a plus. Cleanliness, proper pouring techniques, proficiency and consistency is a must. Experience of one year minimum is required, the ability to handle large groups and multiple tables. The position currently is Tues, Thurs & Friday. All busy days. May be opening Sundays Late August. The bartender leaving has built an amazing customer base, so the person(s) I hire must be capable to maintain and grow these profitable shifts. There will be a 2 week Trainig/familiarization period prior to taking over the schedule. Summary As a Bartender, you will be a vital team member responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our patrons. With core skills in POS systems, bartending, and food safety, you will excel in crafting and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Your premium skills in time management, sales, and fine dining experience will enable you to provide personalized recommendations and enhance the overall guest experience. Leveraging your relevant skills in nightclub and banquet experience, as well as food handling and catering, you will contribute to the success of our establishment by delivering high-quality service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
