Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders. Assist in catering events or banquets as required, providing exceptional service in various settings. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proficient in basic math for cash handling and sales transactions. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
