Temporary, Seasonal, Full-time Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Servers and/or Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology trends
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
