Bartender

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have strong knowledge of food and beverages, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Create unique and delicious cocktails based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Process payments using the Toast POS system
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of different types of food and alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred, but not required
