Barback/Food Runner The Pour Farm Tavern New Bedford, MA Job Details Part-time $15 - $25 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License First Aid Certification Conflict management Restaurant experience Full Job Description We are a fun and casual bar located in downtown New Bedford seeking someone who loves the hospitality industry and the hustle and bustle of a lively bar. The Barback will assist bartenders with stocking and cleaning while maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff during high volume shifts.

Responsibilities:

Keeping bar stocked and clean Running food to guests and fulfilling takeout orders Taking out trash and recycling Assist with deescalating situations Maintaining safety for guests and staff Assist guests in case of emergency situation Assist bartenders with closing duties Qualifications Great communication Skills Ability to stay calm in the chaos Excellent Teamwork Ability to work proactively Positive Attitude Weekend availability is required. Experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become a bartender!
